A Sequence is the timed outreach plan created inside a Run. It connects eligible enriched leads, a strategy profile, generated messages, sender accounts, and launch readiness.

What a sequence step includes

  • Channel: email, LinkedIn invite, or LinkedIn message.
  • Timing: when the step sends after the previous step.
  • Condition: whether the step always sends or only sends when there is no reply.
  • Message: the generated or edited copy for that step.

How replies affect sequences

When a prospect replies, Plera stops remaining automated follow-ups for that lead. The user can then continue the conversation manually.

Why sequences are reviewed before launch

The sequence is what prospects will experience. Users should check source groups, timing, channel order, message accuracy, readiness findings, and sender accounts before launch.
