A Lead is a prospect available to a Run. Leads can come from discovery searches, imports, manual sources, or clues, then move through enrichment, message generation, outreach, replies, and completion.

Lead stages

Discovered -> Profile enriched -> Email enriched -> Message generated -> Outreach active -> Replied or completed
  • Discovered: Plera found or imported a matching profile.
  • Profile enriched: profile and company context were added.
  • Email enriched: a contact email was found when available.
  • Message generated: Plera created outreach for the lead.
  • Outreach active: the lead is moving through the sequence.
  • Replied or completed: follow-ups stop after a reply or after all steps finish.

Why lead review matters

Lead quality determines campaign quality. Users should review fit and enrichment before adding source groups to a sequence, then review generated messages before launch.
