# Understand Analytics

## What analytics does Plera track?

Plera gives you a performance dashboard for each Run, showing how leads are moving through the pipeline and how your messages are landing.

## Campaign metrics

**Pipeline funnel** - how many leads are at each stage:

* Discovered
* Profile enriched
* Email enriched
* Message generated
* Outreach active
* Replied

**Response metrics:**

* Reply rate (replies ÷ leads contacted)
* Open rate (for email steps)
* Response rate per sequence step

**Message quality:**

* AI confidence scores for generated messages
* Variant performance comparison

***

## Per-step performance

For each step in your sequence, you can see:

* How many messages were sent
* How many received a reply
* Which message variant performed best

Use this to identify drop-off points and improve your copy or timing.

## Lead status funnel

The lead funnel shows where leads are getting stuck. If a large number of leads are stuck at "Profile enriched" without moving to "Email enriched," email lookup may be weak for that source group, which can mean you should lean more on LinkedIn steps.

## Interpreting results

<Tip>
  Reply rates on cold outreach typically range from 2-8%. A well-targeted campaign with strong personalization can reach 10-15%. If you are seeing under 1%, review the lead source, strategy profile, and message specificity before increasing volume.
</Tip>

Common things to check when performance is low:

* **Low discovery volume** - broaden or rewrite the search query
* **High bounce rate** - review email coverage and consider a LinkedIn-first Play
* **Low reply rate** - review message copy, proof, call to action, and source fit
