# Workspace Settings

## Workspace overview

A Plera workspace is your team's shared environment. Runs, lead sources, connected accounts, strategy profiles, sequences, and analytics are scoped to your workspace.

## Team management

Invite team members from **Settings -> Team**.

Roles:

* **Admin** - full access to all settings, billing, and campaigns
* **Member** - can create and manage Runs, cannot modify workspace settings or billing

## Integrations

All connected email and LinkedIn accounts are managed from **Settings -> Integrations**. Use these accounts when launching sequence steps that send through email or LinkedIn.

Use the channel setup pages from the sidebar when you need detailed connection instructions.

## Strategy profiles

Strategy profiles live in **Settings -> Profiles**. They store reusable sender identity, offer, proof, tone, and call-to-action details for new sequences.

## Compliance settings

### Blocklist

The blocklist prevents Plera from sending outreach to specific email addresses or entire domains. This is useful for:

* Existing customers you don't want cold-contacted
* Competitors
* Regulatory exclusions

To add to the blocklist:

1. Go to **Settings -> Compliance**
2. Click **Add to Blocklist**
3. Enter an email address or domain (e.g. `example.com` to block all emails at that domain)

Blocklist checks run automatically before any message is sent. Leads that match the blocklist are excluded silently.

### Consent tracking

Plera tracks opt-out requests from prospects. When a prospect replies asking to be removed, mark them as opted out in the inbox to ensure they're excluded from future campaigns across your workspace.

## Billing

Manage your subscription and payment details from **Account -> Billing**.

From there you can:

* View your current plan and credit balance
* See credit usage history
* Upgrade or change your plan
* Update payment details
